Quite simply my experience of buying a car online remotely was excellent due to the fantastic service from Karandeep Sohal. Kaz fully understood my nervousness of purchasing online for the first time and took great care to ensure all my questions and trepidation was answered and quelled. Kaz sent me in-depth movies of the car and explained everything regarding the purchase fully as well as following up with courtesy calls and message after the car was delivered. Kaz was an absolute pleasure to deal with and is a credit to the Stellantis company.

Having been to many showrooms to look at cars, None of the sales representatives were as impressive and attentive as paul.
We were looking for a family car and paul did just that.
He went above and beyond and secured us the one we wanted. He thoroughly went through every features and benefits of our new car. He was a true gentleman and wasn't at all a pushy salesman that we had in counted in other car show rooms. he made the whole process so seamless and any question we had either via email or call he answered quickly along with reassurance.
We would definitely recommend paul to our friends and family.

Painful 4.5hrs wait!
I had a service booked in on my lease car as I'm a driving instructor. I spoke to the service desk who was a lady called Jesse. There were some complications with the lease company as they wouldn't authorise the work and then I had found out that I had ver low worn brake pads and discs. I contacted the lease company who were not helpful ????
Jesse was very helpful and she was polite and also honest with me and even helped me with painful 4.5 hours of wait I was there for. She kept me updated.
If you get your car serviced at this place speak to Jesse as she is amazing and helpful.
