Fab new car!
I have just purchased a used e-208 from this branch dealing with Toni. She has been fantastic from start to finish, the whole process has been a breeze, any questions answered and a nice video of the car when it arrived. Toni is very approachable and has made the whole process stress free. The car is fantastic! It’s in perfect condition, was absolutely spotless and fully charged when I picked it up. Part exchanged my car as part of the package, I got a good price and even though someone hit my wing mirror the night before exchange! the manager Graham was really helpful and showed great compassion. All in all, I would return in a heartbeat if needing a new car. Plus, their after sales help is available whenever I need them. Brilliant!

I have to say, when walking into Hatfield Stellantis branch , I was approached by Neil Leicester and straight away made me feel at ease and making me want to purchase from there. Everything was sorted smoothly until the end and he accommodated to my needs. Absolute pleasure to deal with even though he’s a Tottenham fan, would reccomend Neil everyday day of the week, and I don’t agree with reviews but I feel I need to with how professional and witty he was. Dipesh took care of us. Initial conversation was very relaxed, not pushy in any way. Availability for a test drive was great. We were initially told we wouldn't be able to get the extras we wanted on the particular model as it was about to change, but Dipesh took the time to look into it for us and we were able to get them added, making the car perfect for us. The process was smooth, communication friendly, professional and efficient. I'd have no hesitations recommending.

Good customer service
There was a computer system problem which resulted in a breakdown in communication between Stellantis and the leasing company. This caused a delay. But, the very helpful salesperson persisted and was determined to get the deal done so I was able to drive the new car home that afternoon.
Local knowledge is best!
Our three-month-old car experienced a telematics issue, which was initially referred to central customer services. After several weeks with no news, we took the car to our local retailer in Romford and the problem was diagnosed the same day. A part was ordered and fitted in January and all is now well. Jess looked after us professionally and courteously, finding a loan car at short notice when setting up the new part took longer than expected. She called a few days later to check that all was OK. By coincidence the central customer services replied the day before the part was fitted, suggesting we take the car in as they couldn't help remotely!

A massively helpful Sales Person
We have been with Stellantis (Robins & Day) for a number of years now and with the agreement on the old works van coming to an end we needed to organise a new one. To that end Rebekah was a massive help in sorting the finance and everything else associated with this process. She kept me fully informed at every stage with the end result being we are now set up with a new van for another three years. Thank you Rebekah you were a very big help when we looked like we had hit a brick wall (so to speak) at one point!!
