I was so impressed with the ease of purchasing my car. Right from the first moment I enquired about my car online to picking it up the process have been made so simple. I was served by Aaliyah and she did an amazing job, the showroom was pleasant and had a nice atmosphere and the staff are all really friendly. I would happily use them again if I was to buy another car.

Addy gave me all the information over the phone that I needed. Very polite and prompt with email reply's. Sadly I had a change of heart in car choice but this was in no way to do with the service provided.

We had a fantastic customer service experience by Dipesh at the Romford branch. We were unsure of what we wanted when we came, in but Dipesh really took the time to listen and show us our options as it was our forst time going for a lease option. Dipesh made us feel super comfortable and throughout the time our car was on order answered all my emails and calls with care and understanding. An A+ experience!

The Sales person Scott, was professional, personable, open to discussion re price and all aspects of the vehicle, had a great sense of humour and acted with integrity in his negotiations. We got what we wanted as did he on behalf of the company. What more can you ask?
