Great service from David
This is the second car we have bought here. David has excellent knowledge of each model and offered great advice to help us decide which one was right for us. He of course wanted the sale but was not pushy and didn’t rush us.
Unbelievable service for the second time
First of all, for any that check 'verified buyers', pls be advised we lost our new 3008 to carjackers on Nov 06th 2024. Once again, Gerald Doqi, a salesman I previously eulogised for exceptional service, product knowledge & empathy, went beyond the call of duty to put right the terrifying event detailed above. Weekly phone calls & updates finally resulted in a call advising that Gerald had located a vehicle from another dealer made available when the client changed their order to the excellent e3008. He immediately involved his manager & together they worked their magic to secure the vehicle on our behalf. I don't know what other dealerships do, but making calls @ 8pm to negotiate a car for motability clients speaks of a commitment I very rarely see these days. Thanks to Gerald & Stellantis Wimbledon, we are now able to attend hospital & doctors appointments that were out of the question without a vehicle. I don't know what other people consider exceptional service & understanding to be but I will never look beyond these gentlemen and Gerald in particular when buying another vehicle. True professionals who have our unreserved gratitude.
One thing I would like to add is that Peugeot cars now have a consistent build quality that rivals EVERY GERMAN CAR I've owned such as Audi, BMW & Mercedes for £1000's less.

The guy on the other end of the phone was so easy going I just had to go meet him and take a test drive
We’re talking a no pressure conversation on a late Sunday afternoon
I went down a couple days later and talked a bit more about different payment options and went for another drive
Less than a week later I’m driving home with a sweet deal and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience
A couple days later I get a call from Adam to see how I’m getting on
