Motability customer, would highly recommend!
Rushing in 30mins before closing to order a motability car on the cut off day, Dipesh couldn't have been more helpful! I found the whole process, from ordering to collecting and post-collection, a breeze. There was no hard upselling to buy extra features, which was a refreshing experience!
I was kept updated regularly by Dipesh as to the progress on the car, even when there wasn't any progress to report. The car came in about 6 weeks ahead of schedule and the collection process was swift and efficient. Dipesh talked me through the basics of the car features during handover & inspection so that driving away was a straightforward procedure. I've been followed up via email and telephone to check how I'm getting on and honestly, I'm impressed how easy the whole process has been. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dipesh particularly if you are searching for a motability car. The dealership itself was clean, bright and welcoming, with a great hot drinks machine and supplies in the waiting area. So that's always a bonus!

Met Lewis at Stellantis, last week, to discuss ordering a Motability car. From the moment we walked in,( myself, wife and two boys), we were made to feel welcome and at ease. Lewis is thoroughly professional in his manner and I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone. He was kind enough to give us a test drive, and was extremely patient and friendly. I placed an order for a new car and was very pleased with the whole experience.

Once I’m at the info desk in a few minutes a lady staff came to see me. She told me the estimated time to replace the headlight bulb will be 2-3hours. More or less than an hour I’m surprised the lady staff told me that the bulb replacement is done. The technician also said they checked the rest of the lights of the vehicle including fluids has been washed too. Many thanks for the job well done.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service! We met Gazinder a few months back where he helped us choose the right car for us. He informed us that the car will be delivered to the showroom in a few months and kept us informed along the way. The car arrived on time and it was a smooth handover. Thank you Gazinder!
