Nova was awesome and super helpful walking me through my first ev buying experience, especially with finding me a courtesy car for the next week until my car is ready for delivery.
Brilliant experience of buying a used car
Nova was incredibly helpful. She ensured that our experience of buying a used car was so easy and made sure that everything we requested was done. This included sorting out some scuffs to the alloys at short notice.
How car sales should be done
We bought a used 3008 with the help of Mo.
First off was there was no pushy sales tactics which after dealing with other companies was a welcomed relief
Mo was excellent from start to finish, explaining everything thoroughly including the condition of the car and the car tax costs. As we were travelling over 2 hours this is a exactly what we needed
2 tyres were close to the limit so they were changed without us even asking
He wasn't working on the day we could collect so organised for Tom to deal with the hand over which he did without any fuss, and sorted out an issue that arose on arrival to our satisfaction
This was 4 months ago and the car is perfect
We would definitely use them again and also recommend them to anyone considering using them
My goat Nova
My goat Nova, originally I wasn’t sure Vauxhall was the brand of car for me but I walked in one day undecided and immediately she started helping me and convincing me she told me about their Astra range and all the amazing features it comes with and now I’ve been sold. She’s really amazing at what she does. Thanks again Nova I appreciate you!
