Professionalism of Lisa Lock
Lisa Lock who is the motability specialist at Stellantis &You Uk Peugeot Romford goes above and beyond her job role to give customers great satisfaction. During the process of ordering and collecting my new vehicle on 6th May 2025, Lisa kept me updated all the way.
She is an asset to the Team at Romford and is very good at her Job . She always puts her customers first,with the help of her Manager i was able to collect my new vehicle on 6th May 2025 in time for my holiday. The process from start to finish was seemless. If any motability customer was getting a new vehicle i would highly recommend Lisa Lock and the Team at Romford. I knew when i first went to start the process of getting my new motability vehicle that there would be no problem. Lisa kept me updated at all times and also followed up with me to see how everything was,she said if i had any issues that all i needed to do was to contact her.

I recently completed my first car purchase from Stellantis & You (Walton), and I can confidently say that the experience was an enjoyable one. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that immediately made me feel valued as a new customer. Even though I had not made an appointment, and the showroom was extremely busy, the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable while I waited, the coffee and tea facilities were most welcome after a 100 mile+ journey.
The staff at Stellantis & You are not just knowledgeable — they are genuinely passionate about cars. My salesperson (Sue) took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, whether it was the tech features, performance specs, or aesthetic options, Sue provided detailed insights that made the decision-making process enjoyable rather than overwhelming. Special thanks must go to Samuel for dealing with the pre-sale and part-exchange side of things.

In terms of the vehicle itself, my new Citroen C5X MAX PHEV is delightful to drive, blending style, performance and absolute comfort seamlessly. This is my first experience of owning a Citroen, so far it has been an flawless one, and I anticipate many pleasant journeys ahead!
