Had a problem with my vehicle requiring breakdown assistance to get it to Stellantis in Edgware. A routine service was booked for a month later & although I had arrived unannounced a month sooner, Roza in Service Reception quickly made arrangements to accept the car immediately. This, even though they had a full workload that day. She also arranged to bring forward the service.
The breakdown required warranty work to be undertaken & necessary parts were quickly ordered with the relevant work done shortly after. Throughout the whole process Roza oversaw things to ensure progress was as quick as possible, keeping me updated. My thanks to the whole Edgware team but Roza in particular, who demonstrated excellent customer service, something that many businesses claim these days but often fail to achieve.
