Excellent Customer Experience!
My Citroen C3 had a recall for a Takata Airbag. The staff were so kind and helpful, going above and beyond to get me in that very day, to my absolute relief! They made me feel so welcome, I was able to take my work laptop and have a hot drink while I waited. I will now bring my car for future services due to their professional and kind customer-focused approach! Special thanks to Simon who pulled a rabbit out of the hat, and Jasmine who welcomed me and showed me where I could work comfortably while waiting. Absolutely wonderful!

Fantastic car, fantastic company.
We called in to look at a Peugeot e2008. We were so impressed with the cars and the company we bought the Peugeot e2008 and a Peugeot 3008 Hybrid. The service start to finish was the best we have ever received from a dealership. The building renovations did not discourage the staff in any way.
Tim Farrow was amazing, he went above and beyond what we normally expect from a main dealership. He even made up registration plates for our private numbers. The after service has been wonderful too. We will most definitely go back to this dealership again and will ask to speak to Tim Farrow.

I went to the chelmsford peugeot dealership. And leigh helped me so much , nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend this dealership.

Akeel Osman is the best! Excellent, professional and reliable from start to finish. We had a few hiccups along the way due to a third party, review on them cowboys upcoming, but Akeel and Denise shone through, and we got the deal sorted.
Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional.

Excellent service purchasing a used car from Stellantis&You. Communication was very prompt. My dealer, Nova, was very responsive and got everything sorted really quickly - including a home delivery of the car.
