Excellent service from the staff (Russell Baker) who dealt with us, was amazing. His attention to details and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy us was impeccable. His (Russell's) customer service qualities was very glaring and excellent. He even went above his closing hours just to wait for us to come with the necessary papers, to pick up our car.

Excellent service for my Peugeot car
Jamil, who served me on both my recent visits, is a polite, knowledgeable, approachable man, and he could not have been more helpful. He kept me informed throughout my appointments and it was a pleasure to be served by him. Both the service and the repairs that needed doing were quick while I waited. The customer waiting area is comfortable. My only criticism is the palaver everytime I go there to park the car.
Used Peugeot 208
We recently bought a used Peugeot 208 and dealt with Nova at the Wimbledon branch. The car was well presented and we are so pleased with it so far. The purchase was an easy and pleasant process, with Nova explaining everything clearly to us along the way. Great customer service, would recommend.

All the staff are polite and helpful I was made to feel very comfortable by Daniel who explained what was going to happen and how much it was going to cost and the rest of the team Matthew, Lydia and David were lovely to. All of them are an absolute credit to your company and I will definitely be recommending you to others.
