We found a vehicle that we liked on autotrader and contacted the dealership. Our enquiry was handled by Jake who was very helpful, answered all our questions and did all he could to facilitate us purchasing the vehicle, which we did. We then dealt with Lewis, and again every step of the purchase was handled professionally and promptly. We collected the vehicle 5 days after initially having purchased it and it was exactly as described. Lewis had the vehicle ready to go at the agreed time and we are absolutely delighted with it. Positive buying experience from everyone we dealt with.

Repeat customer at Penistone Rd
I have been a customer at the Penistone Road site for a number of years, I remain so because of the standard of customer care and the service work on my vehicles.
My recent experience revealed the high standards have been maintained. I was advised fully of the work to be carried out on my vehicle, and the cost of the service.
I had requested a courtesy car and a new clean vehicle was ready for me immediately. I left my vehicle having asked if possible it could be ready for collection between 3.0pm and 3.30pm.
I was contacted during the afternoon to be told a tyre defect had been found during the safety check and advised the tyre should be changed, I authorised a new tyre to be fitted and the service staff informed me that my vehicle would be ready for collection as requested. I returned o he site at 3.00pm to find my vehicle was ready having been cleaned and washed. This an example of the consistent quality service I have experienced with Penistone Road staff with my current and previous two vehicles .

Very knowledgeable about Motability…
Dominic was so patient with all our questions and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was very aware of my husband's disabilities which was reassuring when choosing the options for a Motability car. Dominic and his manager were extremely helpful with networking to locate a vehicle. Dominic also keeps us updated via the company WhatsApp. We've not had a Peugeot previously , however it's been a good experience so far ????
Dej was a dream!
Our first time buying a car was a dream all thanks to Dej! Explained everything so clearly and so we understood all our options. We had no intention of purchasing a car on the day we came in to test drive but the car, the deal and service was to good to say no to!
