Brilliant service and customer care
As an indecisive person who finds car purchasing a new car stressful, this has been the best experience I could have had thanks to Imran. Imran has been knowledgeable, helpful and patient through the whole process. I've had many questions and queries and he has been supportive at all points. Genuinely greatful that he has been my sales person and will definitely be back in the future.
New Peugeot 3008 - same great sale team!
Recently bought a New Peugeot 3008 and 208 from Stellantis and You in Sale MCR. - My partner and I have have both been customers since 2011 and have always been looked after by Malcom (this man knows all there is to know about Peugeot) and more recently Harvey and Lee who have been equally fantastic.
We picked up the 3008 mild hybrid on Friday which was super exciting and can’t wait to pick up the 208 one at the end of the month - a head of schedule delivery which is great!

I cannot thank the Citroèn service department on Washway Rd in Sale enough, particularly Steve.
They pulled out all the stops to help me through the whole process of a very expensive repair to my car. Thank you.
I would have given 5 stars if Citroèn manufacturer had taken responsibility for the faulty part, which they know is a problem, and not fit for purpose, and can potentially can occur again in 5-6 yrs. Their 'cut-off' for helping owners to sort this is 5yrs, my car is just 6yrs old, but they won't bugde, and I'm left with a massive bill.
I certainly will never again buy a car that has an Adblue tank that needs urea adding, Citroèn or otherwise.
My Experience
I had the pleasure of meeting the Boss and staff behind the phones today at Wimbledon as I arrived to Pick up my new car… The Showroom was warm and inviting I was given tea (and cake (for Children in need drive) lovey to support them good on your Showroom….
Gerald was the best a lovely knowledgable young man took time to explain everything to me he also had my car in the window for me to see wow!!!! The whole process from day one to him doing a home visit sorting everything out for me to getting my choice of Car I wanted they even put petrol in for me perfect 10/10 so I recommend 100%

Stellantis and You Leicester
I noticed an issue with the paintwork on my Peugeot and arranged for a warranty repair at my local Peugeot approved paint repairer. The problems then started with trying to get this authorised under the manufacturers warranty. The estimates were continually incorrect and I was getting rather frustrated.
I took the time to call Peugeot Leicester, where the team dealt with my frustrations in a professional and very positive manner. They advised me to go to the Leicester branch of the approved body repairer and reimbursed me for the fuel used as I had to travel further. The estimate was done and within a few days the repair was authorised and the appointment to repair made.
The repair was carried out to my satisfaction. I must thank the attentive team at Peugeot Leicester for all of their help, Craig Glew in particular.
