Further to my previous review, I just wanted to give a shoutout to Lauren in particular who has been absolutely amazing throughout the process of finding my new car. Even right up to the point of I receiving my car which is today! She kindly drove all the way to my home to deliver the car, she stayed and answered any more questions I had before taking back my old car as I part exchanged. Lauren has excellent customer service always available to answer any questions and she really put my mind at ease about everything. It has been a smooth process from start to finish. Thank you so much Lauren and I am over the moon with my new car.
