Saw it on line and did all the negotiations by email and phone calls.
Jade was most helpful and I got it transported over to NI and am now delighted with it ..a joy to drive.
Only one matter had to be resolved and Jade and her manager David sorted it.
So bought on trust and certainly not disappointed!

Advice was given and best options and solutions carefully examined with Mr Mo Zarin. He demonstrated great commitment and communicating from the first day to handover day which made the process swift.
He also was able to source a like for like vehicle before the manufacturing date which made a lot of difference to the anticipated longer time.
Highly Recommend the Edware branch as they are a great team.

Staff are excellent. I felt very welcoming and polite, professional staff. I liked and enjoyed the waiting area, very modern, clean with entertainment and lots of beverages and snacks. Mr Saidur was excellent always checking and updating me.

The whole experience was positive. Tim Farrow the agent, who dealt with us was professional, friendly and so helpful. He explained the whole process to us from the very beginning to us leaving the showroom. He's contacted us to check how we're getting on with the vehicle and has told us if we have any issues we are able to contact him in the future. I cannot recommend Tim and Stellantis & You enough.
