From the onset, my experience as a motability Peugeot customer at Maidstone branch is, and has been outstanding. My partner and I were made to feel welcome as soon as we entered Maidstone branch to look at the 2008 & 208. My motability car was due to be renewed in April, so had test drove many cars before arriving. Chloe made us feel very welcome and informed us about the cars on offer which could be suitable for my needs. We had a fantastic & fun test drive in the 2008 GT. We learnt so much about the vehicle during the test drive, without any pressured selling, which was refreshing. We knew this was the car for me. It had everything and more I wanted. Plus, it looked far more expensive and high end than the other cars I had test drove. We were highly impressed with the car, as well as the fantastic, fun, helpful, non pressurised sales approach of Chloe & Toni, which I appreciated. Chloe was completely honest regarding the delays receiving our 2008 Gt from the start, which is appreciated. From the moment the order was placed, Chloe has been in regular contact with friendly emails to keep me updated of arrival times. Then 2 weeks ago, Chloe phoned with the fantastic news that the car had arrived. ???? I think she was nearly as excited as me. ???? Upon collection of the car, my partner John and I were greeted by Chloe and Toni. It was especially lovely as they both seemed genuinely happy for us. Unfortunately, I cannot drive at the moment due to a broken foot, so my partner was getting the honour of getting to drive it first. ???? We were then lead thru to a dedicated area, where to our delight were greeted by a sign displayed with our names on, with a message of congratulations, next to the car. The car was gleaming and had a big bow on the bonnet. ???? What a fabulously thoughtful thing to do! Then the manager came to thank us for our custom and to wish us well. Amazing! These thoughtful gestures sum up how much Chloe and the team put in to making the 'customer experience' as pleasant as possible. Over the years I have had 5 motability cars. Never have I received this level of customer service before and made to feel as valued as a customer. We absolutely love my new car. I cannot wait to drive it myself. But, John thinks it's the motability best car I have had. It's definitely been designed for the drivers ease of use, as well as the passengers comfort. It feels and looks luxurious and has fabulously comfortable sports seats & plenty of boot space. I will return for my next car in 3 years! Thank you for the 10/10 customer service experience!

Excellent service from Stellantis. As soon as I walked into my meeting with Oliver he listened to what type of car I wanted and made sure me and my partner and kids were looked after would highly recommend the place to anyone.
