Buying a new car experience
I have found buying a new car easy and less hassle than I imagined. The sale person we dealt with was efficient, diligent and went above and beyond to secure me a particular colour of car. Easy to deal with and friendly staff.
Rudy is great and a real asset to the team there. However everyone else I've talked to there as been really friendly and helpful too.
Great dealership, they don't constantly bug/harass you like some dealerships, they're not overly salesy. Know what they're talking about and are more than happy to help with anything. They treat motability customers the same as every other customer which is pretty rare.
I visited the showroom multiple times with loads of different questions and got in and looked around the car that I'm interested in plenty of times. Every single time I visited they were always happy to help and I never had to wait too long. Arranging a test drive was simple quick and easy. Car was ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived at the show room.
Would recommend them to anyone/everyone.

Good service by 2 staff mmbrs but was not expecting a bag of car cleaners as I thought Rob & Day wd clean car during the 3 yrs for us. Also a day was wasted with the scrap metal dealer who did not turn up to tow away old car when promised. Apart from that excellent service from two staff mmbrs in relation to purchase of new vehicle eg putting my mind at rest with test drive and delivering car and explaining controls

We went to get a car after ours failed it's MOT. Nick English was a very good sales man and ensured that I got what I wanted and did everything he could and more to make me not feel rush or pressured into buying something I didn't want.
