Very helpful in initial stages of purchase, demonstrating several features that were of interest to me on their display vehicle.....did not hassle me in any way...provided me with all the specification sheets that I required to make decisions...always available when I dropped into show room with questions.....the sales staff work very well as a team, supporting each other in their attempts to get things right for you.
When it came to prices and discounts felt that I was very fairly treated.
Buying a new car is only a once in twelve year experience in my case, and this one was certainly pleasant.
Quite happy to recommend Robins & Day to other potential buyers, I think you will finish up with the vehicle that you really want!

As the showroom was being refurbished I was politely shown the way by a member of the New Car sales Team to be introduced to the Manager of the Used Car Sales Team. Alan was welcoming and efficient and passed me on to Chris who was to conduct the interview. Once again I was treated well and after some discussion we concluded an agreeable purchase.

Very open and honest sales man. Left me alone to look round the car, before checking for any questions. Good test drive experience. Only reason for not five stars is the routine attempted selling of warranties, etc etc that I had no interest in. Happy to recommend them.

Really great service from Andy Hogan. I can’t rate him highly enough. Also from Stuart (hope this is the correct spelling?) the delivery driver who got up at 03.45am to deliver the car to Dorset. Fantastic.
