Spontaneous car purchase from Ashton.
Took a spontaneous trip to the showroom to test drive a Peugeot 2008 I’d seen online.
Ashton was really helpful from start to finish.
Customer service was great, lots of coffee offered, Ashton explained all the features of the car in detail which was really useful and was able to accommodate a short notice test drive.
The sale was a swift easy process, along with finalising all paperwork which was all done online. 10/10 sale experience and would buy again from here.

Kindness and Knowledge in Equal Doses!
I went to order a new Motability car from Citroen, Hatfield and would like to thank profusely the two people who helped my daughter and I in that venture.
Christie showed us round several different models and was very knowledgeable about each of them. She looked through the relevant computer articles with my daughter, trying to match my needs. Although she is not the Motability agent she was fantastically helpful. What she didn’t know she found out or asked others. The final thing she didn’t for me was to take me on a test drive which was truly wonderful.
The second person I’d like to thank is Peter. He is the most experienced Motability agent so he was able to help me greatly through the ordering process. He was kind and thoughtful, answering all of my questions. He has a lovely sense of humour, which always helps, and he sent the paperwork when he said he would. As a disabled person, it is vital to have confidence in the people who help you. Peter not only gave me confidence, he treated me like a normal human being. That’s so refreshing and doesn’t always happen.
I’m happy to say that Peter and Christie are the best people I’ve dealt with in a very long time. Thank you both!
