Very approachable and helpful salesman, who offered sensible and practical advice and discussion without any pressure to make a decision. Once I had done so, however, the customer service was superb - very quick and friendly and I was driving my new car just one week after signing on the line - on a bank holiday weekend, too. I'm very pleased and would recommend the dealer very highly.

He was very relaxed, personable and not pushy! This is a rare occurrence in a car salesman.
There was some confusion over pricing but this was quickly dealt with once it was pointed out. He has worked for Robins & Day for 18 years and inspired confidence in the company.
It was due to him that a sale was made.
