I had an amazing experience purchasing a car with Jay (Juan Ordenez) at ‘Stellantis and You’. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and truly dedicated to helping me find the right car. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
Jay’s knowledge and attention to detail were impressive, and he never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, he provided honest advice and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. He even followed up afterward to ensure I was happy with my new car!

Leah has been brilliant from our inital enquiry, arranging a test drive to placing my order to collecting my electric corsa today.
It was made extra special to have my car in the showroom and to unveil it myself!
Leah has been professional, helpful and a delight to deal with, both over the phone, email and face-to-face face.

Great customer service from Russell Baker. Russell acknowledged on first meeting that this was a big step for me and made every effort to ensure I understood everything and was comfortable with the process and costs involved.
He provided updates to me regularly and was always happy to talk through any questions/ concerns.

Totally a brilliant showroom visited on 1st Feb to see David Hawkes have to say out of the dealers I have previously dealt with Stellantis has to be the best the Customer Service is totally faultless and the sales person I dealt with was so patient and helpful and friendly, I was promised a test drive which was there and ready, I was not rushed which was a big plus and I have to congratulate Stellantis for having a person like David working for them I would definetly recommend this dealer, totally outstanding

The salesman was very helpful, explained everything well. Was very patient in taking me through the complexities of the cars instrumentation etc. Have bought several cars from Carl Monk over the last 20 years, and has always been thorough and helpful.
