Excellent sales service
Stellantis Crawley. Most importantly they had a car that we wanted to buy. Leah came on a test drive and pointed out some of the features of the car. We liked the fact that she was not pushy as was our experience at another garage. We did go home and think about the car as it was quite late in the day that we viewed it. We paid a deposit and then corresponded with Leah about collection/payment. All very professional.

We had an excellent experience with Stellantis. From the moment we arrived, the team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even though they didn’t have the exact car we needed (as we were looking for a diesel MPV rather than an electric), they went above and beyond to assist us. Rather than just turning us away, they took the time to understand our needs and even helped us explore alternative solutions. Their customer service was outstanding, and their honesty and professionalism were truly appreciated. If you're looking for a garage that genuinely cares about its customers, we highly recommend Stellantis, Crawley. We may not have found our car there this time, but we wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future!
