My experience reached high expectations for Peugeot when looking for another vehicle but same model. Peugeot Rep sales person Miss Nova was very helpful and found a perfect match. I was blown over when she found the vehicle of same model only newer. Transitions from old to new vehicle was very smooth and quick , Nova is a great asset to the company (Peugeot) very supportive and knowledgeable when communicating fine details of products available. A customer service advisor named Medhi at the car dealership at Stellantis and You in Wimbledon he is such a genuine, happy go lucky, honest, hardworking and friendly salesman. I was about to purchase a vehicle from him however due to personal circumstances I wasn’t able to go ahead on this occasion. However I do hope that Medhi is not discouraged because of this because it is not his fault nor my fault that I was not able to go ahead to purchase this vehicle. I do know that Medhi will definitely get other genuine customers that would purchase suitable vehicles from him. Medhi does not mess around he takes his job and customer’s needs seriously. I wish Medhi all the best for the future. :)
