    Outstanding Customer Service Team at Stellantis Vauxhall, Edgware

    I have been a loyal customer of Stellantis Vauxhall in Edgware for the past 7 years, and the primary reason I continue to return is not just the quality of service but the exceptional customer care provided by a remarkable team of individuals. The following 6 staff members have been nothing short of phenomenal: Sagal Vivek Nari Zak Moe Komol Each and every one of them takes full ownership of my concerns, ensuring that any issue with my vehicle is handled from start to finish with professionalism, efficiency, and care. What truly sets them apart is their ability to make every customer feel like the most important person in the room. Despite managing a high volume of customers daily, they always go above and beyond to make me feel valued and well taken care of. They are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely a pleasure to be around. Their ability to balance professionalism with warmth is a rare trait in customer service. I always leave their office not only satisfied with the service but also uplifted by the laughter and camaraderie they bring. If I’m being honest, my loyalty lies more with them than with Vauxhall/Stellantis itself—because it is their service, professionalism, and kindness that keep me coming back. If they were to move elsewhere, I’d seriously consider following them because great customer service is hard to find, and these individuals have mastered it. Some of the standout things they have done for me over the years: - Proactive Service & MOT Bookings – They call me at the right time of the year to book my service and MOT, ensuring my vehicle stays in top condition. - Courtesy Car Arrangements – When needed, they have arranged for a courtesy car if an engineer is unavailable to collect and return my vehicle. - Comfort & Care During Emergencies – On unexpected visits, they have provided me with tea and coffee while sorting out urgent issues with my car. - Genuine Interest in My Family – They don’t just care about my car; they care about me. They have remembered my son's name, spoken to him about doing well in school, and even recalled that my daughter was visiting for Christmas. Their level of attentiveness and memory is unbelievable. - Creating a Personal Connection – Every time I walk through the door, I am greeted by name. This simple yet powerful gesture makes a huge difference and shows just how much they value their customers. - Expert Diagnostics & Honest Advice – They are fantastic at diagnosing car issues and explaining everything clearly. On top of that, they are excellent at recommending the right products and services without being pushy. My Final Thoughts & A Strong Recommendation This level of customer service is rare. I do not take it for granted, and neither should Stellantis. While I acknowledge that good training plays a role, I truly believe much of their kindness and professionalism comes from who they are as individuals—something that cannot be taught. Their parents raised them well! I strongly urge Stellantis to recognise these young professionals not just with words but with meaningful compensation and career progression opportunities. My own organisation recently gave us all a 3–5% pay increase to account for inflation and to recognise our hard work. If anyone deserves something similar—or better—it is these individuals. To Sagal, Nari, Vivek, Zak, Moe, and Komol: I cannot thank you enough for your kindness, hard work, and the incredible way you make customers feel valued.     Prompt, professional and appropriate service at optimum cost.

    Receptionist call me promptly and took my car key. I left thr car for the repair. They called me on to tome to collect ny car. During the inspection time they sent a video clip about my car and ehat need to be done for smooth driving. I was very happy about the way they handled the session. They gave me some professional advice too.
