Great customer Service
I bought a car unseen from Stellantis & you, Maidstone. I dealt with Russell Baker who was excellent. He answered all of my questions and didn’t pressure me into the sale, which I liked, he was patient while I made my decision. I received a video of the car aswell. The car was delivered to me and the driver, Tracy kept me informed of her progress and delivery time. The car was exactly as described and I am very pleased with it. The whole process was easy and stress free. I would highly recommend anyone to contact Stellantis & You. Thankyou so much Russell for all of your help and making it an easy and pleasant transaction.

My favourite Car Dealership …
I've been to the Edgware Dealership twice in the last 10 days and was served by Sagal. She is absolutely lovely, courteos and extremely helpful. My initial visit was to seek help in retrieving my phone which had fallen into a small pocket I couldn't reach. She also tried to retrieve it but couldn't. So she booked my car in and told everyone what had happened. As funny as it was during the excercise (I reported that the car had swallowed my phone) which amused us all, everyone gathered to try pulling it. Sagal was so patient, encouraging all the gentlemen in the workshop to retrieve my phone. I was very pleased when I was eventually reunited with my precious phone, all thanks to Sagal who moved everyone to help me. Can't thank her enough. My second visit was due to a recall and this was completed in a speedy process., thanks to Sagal who ensured I had no disruption during my working hours.

I was really stressed out about my car and had originally booked with Citroën, but the earliest appointment was in Redditch. I’m so glad I brought my car here!
Ibrahim and the team were amazing - super professional, polite, and they fixed everything on the first visit. From the moment the recovery truck brought my car in, Ibrahim and the team were amazing. They kept me updated every step of the way, always communicating with me and making sure I knew what was happening. They even messaged me to say I could reach out anytime if I had any questions.
They sorted out my power steering issue and fixed the cutting-off problem, and even did a complimentary full health check and recall. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service from Stellantis Preston. I was excellently looked after by David Hawkes from start to finish and can hand on heart say it's the best car buying experience I've ever had. Nothing was too much trouble for David, he took his time in explaining ev everything to me, took me on a test drive and most importantly had me driving away in my new car very quickly after making the order. Thank you David, I have already recommended you to family and friends!
